I know this is random but whoa my car has a really high mileage! Zoe and me heading to the Conference Room though we did get a little lost :x Thanks Suanie for the directions! The conference was packed
The master of the IP side of law at work. He talked about our rights as bloggers when it comes to intellectual property issues, especially when using pictures or phrases from other sources. So yeng. lool. Anyway what i liked about his talk is that he rarely uses jaargon words, so that commonfolks like us (read: non lawyers) would easily get it. He also cites really good examples so that we can relate to our own situation. Khailee didn't hesitate to ask questions when it came to the Q&A session. What more, he did it with the whole Khailism effect lol
Nizam then comes up and talks about really sensitive matters. Kudos to him for bringing a lot of dark and secretive matters to light. His topic was more serious, but he still managed to inject really subtle jokes once in a while that made his talk awesome Another question and answer session. this was a serious one!
Suanie (who helped me with the directions to UM, thanks!) asking about her past issues, to which she found some answers, though it may not be the best solution. The conference looked professional and proper, and yet there was an element of relaxation Our lawyer getting his award. THe networking session was great, cause I finaly had the chance to exchange ideas with Khailee, as well as to get to know one another :) Oh on a random note, these are the guys I've missed so much... Thank you Bapak and Mak!! It was great meeting you again! Suddenly only i think about my dearest Yanti... i miss you girl!
And we went around in the states :P
