Sliced cucumber and brinjal Looks so cute together. anyway. Freshly cut onions. pro edi, no cry one :P
Can't resist to show them again. so cute! Melt butter Sautee onions with sugar.
Add brinjal pieces with salt and pepper add olive oil. nice. Marinate chicken with plenty of herbs.
Put into toasted oven. Layer the cooked slices of brinjal and raw cucumber like so. Enter into oven when chicken looks abouyt cooked. This colour shows that is' cooked and most importantly, tender and juicy inside.
I drizzled a little honey on top to glaze the top of the fake Ratatouille lol. Chicken 1 Chicken 2

Description: One day I thought I'd like to do a little fun thing after my experiment with lamb chops among the sisters. So we whipped up a couple of Herbed Roasted Chicken and did an original version of what looked like Ratatouille, which ended up not tasting like one. OH WELL, at least the family finished! <3
