We were served acar-acar for starters. Not Koyuu's cup of tea, but I thought it was lovely! We ordered their soya milk, which was organically grown, a house special. Nothing special, but I suppose it's healthier than your average cup of tau cheong sui =P Shark Fin Soup. Vegetarian style =P

Koyuuken's favourite, for some reason. I thought it was superb too, seeing that there wasn't any of the usual shark fin or crab meat but replaced by their similar substitutes but still able to reproduce both flavour and texture of the real thing... what say you?
Me taking a try at their soya sauce. Yes, incredibly, even their soya sauce is home-made! This is their famed home-made taufoo. The texture was simply amazing, one can actually just eat it like that as a healthy snack (albeit more expensive than the usual!)

This deserved top notch rating! Another of my favourite: sweet and sour pork!

Which was, of course, marinated oyster mushroom that TASTED like it. It was just DELICIOUS and TASTY that you'll never have enough of it!
Siew Ngap aka Roast Duck.

I know, it looks different and all that. And it's made of foo chuk. But u know, after a bite, given its crazy texture (how on earth did they make it feel like some kind of meat!) we were left wanting for more :| Brown rice... not my cup of tea but I ain't complaining for a healthy lifestyle hehe Cod fish in ginger sauce

Take a gooooood loook at it. It ain't fish there, more soya substitute but with a flair of fishyness with it! I was laughing when I saw this one cause it realy captured my attention. The fish was made of some specially made soya bean thingie, and wrapped with seaweed, making it look like cod fish.

One bite was all it took to throw those unnecessary thoughts out of the window, one might as well eat it blindfolded (I'm exaggerating la, not THAT fishy =P)
Koyuuken. Yes, single. Available. Enjoys vegetarian meals! :P Both of us looking smug with our food, before wolfing them down and giving reviews! The outside of the restaurant. So posh yet, in the end ridiculously cheap (about RM5++ a dish because they have this membership thingie, you pay RM10 for a year you get 2-3RM discount each dish!)

I would give it a rating of 4.5/5 among other vege restaurants we've tried :D Go for it, it's situated just before the Sin Chew roundabout :D
