What a selection to choose from, though among them the best should be the Ayam Masak Sos Pekat omggggg sweet and spicy :D It looked out of place, but I couldn't avoid this tangki filled with aromatic soup. mmm. The lemangs and ketupats were available served with sambal ikan bilis, beef and ayam rendang, all which are rich in taste and laden with fats :P
But of course if you follow the crackerous path, you will find the best of the best roast out there... I present to you, the Golden Lamb roast on top of Fragrant Briyani Rice. The burnt flesh is but a disguise hiding its supple tender flesh beneath it, marinated to taste like heavens after hours of fasting.
Of course other foods served are like fried Crabs, Prawns and fish in spices among others. The Petai Sambal Udang is also a must, irresistable it is. Sotong rempah. Mmm.
Bits of chicken marinated in herbs and spices and cooked to tenderness. Served in your favourite fried noodles or nasi minyak Roti Jala and chicken or salmon head curry is also available ;)
But of course, the Golden Lamb. YOU CANNOT MISS THE GOLDEN LAMB. And the sauce too. Oh me god the sauce u can't miss. One of my servings. I had a few. Ha ha. Serious. Also other buffet servings were served along. I cannot REFUSE my favourite butterfish AT ALL! Dessert i didn't take. cause i ate it all.
