Tastily sweet, with the familiar hint of thick flavours from the terrine itself, what a combination! sumac flavoured yellow fin tuna loin steak

Uniquely interesting and tangy. Little bland though. chargrilled sword fish fillet on a bed of chipotle pepper spiced clam stew

Dedicated to the cheese, for not being able to make it.

Extremely tender due to well braising, soaked with sweet shiraz, as if a wagyu beef needs further compliments. A piece of the Cod.
