Becoming Superman at the DC Comics Store Launch @ Pavilion!

I became Superman along with many, many others at the DC Comics Store launch at Pavilion recently, and this is how I looked.

Ok I’m kidding, but hey, we really all did become Supermen. It was an experience like none other, getting us exclusive merchandises costing more than RM500 easily just so that we could fit in into the celebration!

@Vernieman and I couldn’t resist… We were natural posers!

And once more to show you the crowd behind us. To be honest, I loved his costume more!

It was really a sight to behold. Real life figures were placed everywhere to mimic the characters we’ve all come to know and adore. The heroes and the bad guys have some kind of root with us that we can’t help but to be in awe!

That was before they came to life! Here’s Wonder Woman in all her brilliance 😀

I tell you, having them walking around dressed like that, the little ones could not help but unleash their excitement as heroes walked about them!

And that includes me too. How can I not? It’s Flash in the flesh yo!

Nevermind that, guess who’s in the house and caused blood-curling screams to rise in Pavilion?

Followed by a heartthrob singer to spice things even more!

Yes it’s Desiree herself! Totally rocked it yo. Also it signaled the beginning of the fashion show…

Starting with Clark Kent himself! Doesn’t he look so much like the real person?

And the classic move begins…

Desiree, Project Superstar winner, belts out a few numbers which drove her fans crazy!

Faizal Tahir came back and promptly the wild cheering begin! I swear people were climbing over each other as he removed his BELT and threw it to the crowd. Fantastic LOL!

Oh and there were a few lucky winners.. and guessed who one of them were? Our own Bervin Cheong!!

Ps – 2011 promises a trail of adventure-packed excitement and stunning visual effects with the official launch of ‘Green Lantern’ in Malaysia. Slated to be this summer’s blockbuster, ‘Green Lantern’ will be released in Malaysia on 16 June 2011. That’s 3 days from now!!
