peeps, there are a few things coming to town and calling it nothing much is a gross understatement! Check out Dennis Lau‘s, violinist extraordinaire and up & coming film producer, latest handiwork in the short trailer below featuring himself, Daphne Iking and Steve Yap among other known personalities!

Synopsis:
“The short film inspired by Prelude in F Minor is made up of two intertwining stories. The first one tells of a fallen celebrity, falsely believing in his own invincibility. The second one tells of a common nurse, who despite her domestic troubles, puts on a cheerful front for the outside world. The two lives are brought together by a special visitor, and in a series of amusing events, help them forge a friendship that would last forever.”

When I find out the official launch date I’ll be sharing it with you guys so do look forward to it please, it’s a masterpiece judging from the trailer… that, and I had a rather ‘kalafe‘ role in it, too 😛

In the meantime, do tweet, blog or comment to win exclusive passes to the Special Screening of the short film inspired by the song!

Loving the new gadgets!

Sometimes I find Twitter a problem for me especially because I keep forgetting to archive really important moments into a fixed spot where I can find them later. Yes, you can archive your tweets using some tools but it will never be as comprehensive as a blog…

So I will endaevour to start reposting archived moments that are at least of some impact to my life, starting from the first time I obtained my new gadgets 🙂

Ah yes, the Blackberry Bold 2. Sponsored by my new company, it was a strategic choice to replace my basic Nokia phone you see below.

Why replace you ask? Well, since I already have my iPhone 3GS, I was actually okay with a combo between talking/smsing with the Nokia while surfing, checking emails and loads of other activities via the iPhone. The problem came when I started having more calls and texts, and no way to convenienty track them plus battery life becomes so bad.

That’s where the Blackberry, or rather the Whiteberry (beautiful isn’t it?) come in, with great battery life (I tried up to 3 days!) and good way handling texts, putting the recent activity upmost!

And not forgetting the Blackberry Messaging Service too. Do add me by scanning this barcode 😉

Unfortunately my Whiteberry has become a Michael Jackson cause my dear Joanne Kay loved the white so much she’ll kill for it :p Ah well, not too big of a problem for me because at the end of the day, I still love my iPhone 3GS above all and the BB will ever just be a talk and work phone which will never replace it 😉

Oh by the way, this the PSP Go, yet another gadget to add in my list of gamer’s heaven including two Nintendo DSes and the PS2. It’s not compatible with many of the games I want to play ie Kingdom Hearts but some like God Of War is worth the RM68, cheap huh?

This BB Torch isn’t mine, but Walauwei’s. After having held and use it for a shortwhile I still didn’t regret getting the Bold 2, best value for money for RM1630.00 at Digital Mall.

Next Up: #KLbyAir!

Jeremy Teo from Red.FM and I went up to the skies of KL in a private plane, and screamed the hell out of our lives when we were taken for some aerial stunts by Reuben, our pilot! Look out for it in the next post or two!
